2. In-App Purchases

• Purchases are processed securely through Apple's App Store.
• Refunds are handled solely through Apple in accordance with their policies.
• We do not provide additional refunds except as required by law.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for unlawful or harmful activities.
• Attempt to copy, modify, reverse engineer, or distribute the App.

4. User Content

The App does not currently support user-generated content. If introduced in the future, separate rules may apply.

5. Disclaimers

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or error-free use.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the App.

7. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in the United States.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the App after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
